Hello Depression Session Listeners,

Happy New Year.

Thanks so much for your patience. The Depression Session was on winter break and will now be posting new weekly Episodes again, starting January 15th.

This is a photo of geese on the beach at sunset on Assateague Island on New Year’s Eve. The east coast is cold but beautiful. Glad to be back in the desert after a long drive home. What a big, lovely country we live in.

I hope your Holidays went well… or at least were bearable.

Love from Tucson,
-Laura Milkins
